Jesus’ Sacrifice
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. — 1 Peter 1:18-19
We must never be casual about the blood of Christ because God’s precious Son willingly laid down His life while we were sinners.
Ask the Lord to deepen our understanding of the sacrifice of Christ. Ask Him to help us seriously consider indwelling sin and repent.

Lord, help me consider all the sins the blood of Jesus has cleansed me of and all the imperishable promises I now have. AMEN!
